According to officials, at approximately 9:08 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19, units from the Horicon Police Department and the Horicon Fire Department were dispatched to 315 E. Lake St. following a report of a working fire. Firefighters arrived to find active flames and immediately began suppression efforts.

Crews worked to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby structures. The scene was secured as firefighters extinguished the blaze and assessed damage to the building. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Officials said the cause of the fire remains under investigation. The area around the pub was temporarily closed while emergency personnel operated on scene and ensured the building was safe.
