Short-Handed Lomira Battles Through Tough Day at Lodi Quad

Lomira opened the day against host Lodi and fell 5–1. The Lions’ lone goal came from Keegan Fleischer, who finished an unassisted effort to put Lomira on the board. Despite the final score, Lomira continued to press forward and compete throughout the match.

In the second game, Lomira faced Living Word Lutheran and came up short, 3–0. Fatigue played a factor as the Lions were limited to just 11 available players, forcing everyone to log heavy minutes across both contests.

“We only had 11 players, so everyone had to play the entire time,” the team noted following the quad, underscoring the challenge of navigating a doubleheader without substitutions.
